Paul Bunyan Products was founded in Cortland, New York
in 1969. In the beginning, the company's principal business was
the wholesale of industrial wood products primarily to pallet
and container manufacturers throughout Central New York State.
In 1974, the growing demand
for high quality hardwood pallets and containers justified a
new, state-of-the-art automatic pallet assembly line. Sales doubled
from 1974 to 1978 as our customer base changed to pallet users.
By 1989, the company began
plans for major expansion once again, and in November 1990 a
new office and manufacturing plant were constructed on a ten
acre parcel in Preble, New York, adjacent to Interstate
81 at Exit 13.
Today, Paul Bunyan Products
is a leader in the material handling industry. Its strong commitment
to customer focus, employee development, and statistical process
control ensure the company's continued growth and success.
